At Acclaim Homebuilders, our goal is to change the way homebuyers view energy-efficiency. Instead of offering individual energy-efficiency upgrades in an a la carte fashion, we provide a complete energy-efficiency package and include it as a standard feature in the homes we build. By focusing on the energy-efficiency aspect of green building, we are able to provide our clients with a tangible, long-term value in the form of lower monthly energy bills.
We are the first homebuilder to put a focus on green building in Creekmoor, and we back our energy-efficiency package by offering the Acclaim Energy Bill Rebate, which is a cash rebate on clients' gas and electric bills for the first year of home ownership. Acclaim Homebuilders is a member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City and a member of the HBA Build Green Council.
